I’m loving the free DVD Collector software from crunchymedia. Between this application and Amazon’s databases I’m gradually getting the four household’s dvd collection into a sensible repository of information. It’s a good feeling to have a good index. What’s great about the DVD Collector software is the ability to go online and grab information to populate your local database.
Now, if I can find the same sort of freeware for books and for cds I’ll be happiness filled. I thought I might’ve been able to find an online community sort of software like Flickr to manage this – I’m sure it exists, but I haven’t found it yet.
