Lately I’ve been spending altogether too much time playing with the calculators over at NutritionData.com. I’ve found it fascinating building my pantry and figuring out what I eat during the day, to what seems like the nth degree of accuracy. I’ve been able to look at the now legendary macaw diet, and find that I really need to add an apple, some bean sprouts, and a few dried apricots. It gets better all the time. All I need to do now is add in just a tad more walking and *bing* – it’s a snack at my desk, jungle around, macaw thing going on.
