arcadian architecture

Last year, almost to the day, I was writing how the blackbirds had decided to abandon the carefully composed ad-hoc architecture for somewhere – it turned out – somewhere unknown. I’m delighted to announce that they’re back again. This time they’ve shucked off the tyranny of ad-hoc architecture (so, just SO passe) and have instead gone for a fusion industro/agro architecture we’re calling arcadian architecture.

We’re thrilled to bits.

Photos to follow – but, compared with last year’s boldly conspicuous design, this year’s work is rather more understated. The most avant of avant garde, and very postmodern, very Wellington.
